Have your say: Help shape the future of CGM support services
Healthcare professionals involved in initiating or supporting people using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) are invited to share their views in a short survey exploring the support people living with diabetes need during the first few months of CGM use.
The survey, commissioned by Spirit Health, aims to better understand the challenges diabetes teams face when initiating CGM, the types of support people require, and where an additional diabetes support service could help reduce workload while improving the experience for people using CGM.
The findings will help identify opportunities to enhance onboarding, education and ongoing support, enabling diabetes teams to focus their clinical expertise where it is needed most.
The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and is open to all healthcare professionals involved in the initiation or ongoing support of CGM users.
As a thank you for taking part, all eligible respondents who complete the survey by 31 August will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Amazon voucher. The winner will be selected at random.
