The Diabetes Africa UK Forum 2025: Advancing equity in diabetes care
The 2025 UK Forum is sponsored by Insulet, Eli Lilly and Company and Novo Nordisk, who have had no input into the topics discussed or the selection of speakers.
The Diabetes Africa UK Forum returns for its third year in 2025, continuing its mission to advance equity in diabetes care for Black populations.
Taking place in person, the forum will bring together healthcare professionals, policymakers, researchers and community leaders from across the UK and beyond for a day of networking, expert-led sessions and meaningful learning.
Over the past three years, the forum has established itself as a vital platform to reflect on work taking place nationwide, exchange insights, build professional skills and ensure equity remains central to diabetes care for people of Black, African and African-Caribbean heritage.
Far from simply repeating existing conversations, the 2025 programme will push dialogue forward, addressing pressing challenges and identifying solutions that can shape the future of care.
Delegates will have the chance to connect with peers and thought leaders, gain insights from expert presentations and discussions, and contribute directly to the ongoing movement for more equitable diabetes care.
