Spirit Health launches CareSens Air CGM giveaway for World Diabetes Day

As part of its ongoing commitment to improving access to innovative diabetes technology, Spirit Health has announced a CareSens Air Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) giveaway for healthcare professionals in the lead-up to World Diabetes Day on November 14.

A total of 500 devices are available, giving healthcare professionals the opportunity to gain experience with CareSens Air, while helping people living with diabetes benefit from advanced glucose monitoring technology.

The CareSens Air is a 15-day wearable CGM that provides real-time glucose readings directly to a smartphone. Designed to be discreet, comfortable and easy to use, it enables people living with diabetes to make more informed decisions about their care through instant access to their glucose data.

Healthcare professionals who sign up to receive the free devices will also have the opportunity to learn more about Spirit Health’s new integrated support service for diabetes care.

Developed to improve clinical outcomes while reducing the burden on general practice, the service brings together real-time CGM data, smart insulin pen insights, personalised education and remote monitoring – delivering a seamless experience while enabling practices to retain oversight and control.
