Meet the new Trend Diabetes committee

Trend Diabetes is pleased to share an update on its committee membership, with a mix of returning members and new voices joining Debbie Hicks.

They’re delighted to confirm that Erica Richardson, Lead Diabetes Research Nurse and Senior Nurse Lecturer at University Hospitals Leicester, Liz Camfield, Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital and Anne Currie Lead Nurse for Diabetes and Endocrinology, East and North Herts NHS Trust are all returning to the committee.

They’re also thrilled to welcome several new members:

·       Paula Johnston, Lead DISN, University Hospital Southampton

·       Amanda Williams, Lead Nurse for Diabetes and Endocrinology, East Kent Hospitals

·       Beth Kelly, Clinical Lead Diabetes Specialist Nurse at HCRG Care Group, Wiltshire

·       Tamsin Fletcher-Salt, Lead Diabetes and Endocrinology Nurse at University Hospital of North Midlands

·       Dawn Adams, Midwife at Craigavon Area Hospital

·       Alison Oliver, Community DSN and Practice Nurse Lead at Stanley Medical Centre.

Together this experienced committee will continue to guide and support Trend Diabetes’ work across education, clinical practice and service improvement.
